Instructions for use
Put the green/blue side of the filter in the upper cover of the filter and buckle the lower cover.
Assemble the filter holder to the main mask.
Install the silicone band on each side of the mask.
Adjust the size according to the user until the desired comfort and degree of tightness are achieved.
What is the lifespan of the reusable mask?
This mask is made of food grade silicone, its total lifespan is 2 years.
How long can we keep the filter?
Due to the operating environment (temperature, humidity, ventilation, human respiration or other external factors), the filter cannot have a fixed life cycle. It is recommended to change the filter immediately if it is soiled, damaged or when discomfort (dizziness, irritation) or a significant increase in respiratory resistance occurs. In an environment with a dust concentration of 100mg/M3, the filter is tested for a protection duration of 90 hours; As a precautionary principle, it is recommended to change the filter within a maximum of 7 days.
How to replace the filter?
Wash hands before handling the new filter and disinfected mask, handle the polluted filter with gloves.
Immerse the assembled item (mask, silicone band, filter grill) in boiling water, remove it after 3 minutes, then throw the filter away and replace it. This procedure is recommended to avoid second contamination.
Disassemble the grid, remove the polluted filter making sure it does not come into contact with the inside of the mask. Disinfect the mask with a wipe and alcohol at 70°C. Let dry in the open air.
How to disinfect mask after use?
Before the first use: Disinfect in boiling water for 3 minutes the body of the silicone mask, the two sides of the filter cover (grid) and the silicone band used as a quick tie.
Disinfection after each daily use: Disinfect the mask with a wipe and alcohol at 70°C. Next, let to air dry.
Disinfection before filter replacement: Immerse the assembled item (mask, silicone band, grid with filter) in boiling water, remove it after 3 minutes. Disassemble the grid, remove the polluted filter with gloves and replace it with a new filter. Wash hands before handling the new filter and disinfected mask.
